That is her official name on paper. She is the newest member of our family .
Bianca was born on October 31rst 2009.
Last Sunday, my husband and eldest son went on a road trip to choose a golden retriever puppy.
Bianca was alongside 13 other sibblings and she somehow caught the eye of my husband. Not long after, she was in the car , on her way to a new life with the Doudard family of five. Funny thing about having a puppy is getting everyone to agree on a name . Not so easy . With three children in the house , it was an interesting process . My five year old who attends senior kindergarten, cited all the names of her classmates and wanted us to pick the name of her best friend in class? After a couple of days of calling her several different names to see how they would suit her, we finally decided on Bianca . It's only been a day . She is not accustomed to it yet . But, I'm hoping by this time next week, her ears will do pitter patter when our voices speak her name.
