I love you Friday night !

Do you remember the jingle in the commercial from way back when ? It went something like..."I love Fridays " !   I don't remember the commercial at all , but I remember the jingle well !   Friday night's all right!  I really appreciate when Friday comes along, mostly because I know that I still have two other days to go before Monday arrives yet again .  Friday night is like an appetizer; it's a little bite of what's coming up for the weekend .  At our house, Friday evenings are a no cooking and no dishwashing zone.  We always order out , have a full glass of wine or delicious cocktail and rent a dvd .  On this day of the week, my husband and I take a bit more one on one time to catch up, stay close and just "be" in the company of eachother.  During the week, the routine sets in with the three kids and their activities, getting the lunchs ready for the next day and doing it all again the next morning .  So , when the weekend arrives, it is time to let go and switch it up a bit . We like to call it - taking the time to take some time or as we say in french - prendre le temps de prendre le temps .  So this weekend, live it up good my friends.  Friday night..C-fantastique !
